Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount*. If a client no-shows for an appointment without any advance notice they will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. We completely understand that life happens and will work with you to reschedule the appointment to the best of our ability, if you contact us beforehand. If you will be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment please notify us as soon as possible.
